Terms for the use of NiCo Workshop by businesses and commercial workshops.
2026-08-26-v1NiCo Workshop is provided by NiCo Digital Technologies OÜ, Järvevana tee 9, Tallinn, Estonia, Registry Code 17465016. It is offered exclusively to businesses and commercial workshops; consumer contracts are not intended.
NiCo Workshop is cloud-based workshop software. The service scope is defined by the application and any expressly agreed services.
Self-registration generally provides 14 calendar days free of charge without payment details. The trial does not automatically become paid. Without explicit paid activation, free use ends with no payment obligation.
A paid contract is formed only after the specific prices are displayed and the user explicitly confirms using the button clearly marked as involving payment. If confirmed during the trial, charging starts only after the trial ends; if confirmed later, on the activation date.
Unless individual terms apply, the standard price is €50.00 base fee per workshop/calendar month plus €3.50 per active user account/calendar month. The applicable price is shown before paid activation. Subsequent invoices use the number of active accounts at invoice creation.
Regular billing is by calendar month. If the subscription starts during a month, the first period is calculated pro rata from the start date through month-end by calendar days.
Invoices are provided electronically. Payment is due within 7 calendar days and actual receipt of funds is decisive. Available payment methods may include bank transfer and PayPal.
For overdue invoices, access may be restricted to billing and payment until payment is confirmed. Other statutory rights remain unaffected.
The subscription runs indefinitely and can be cancelled monthly with effect at the end of the current calendar month, in-app or in text form to NiCo.
The customer is responsible for accurate company/user data, secure credentials and the legality of content and personal data processed through the service.
Where NiCo processes data on behalf of a workshop, Article 28 GDPR and the relevant agreements apply. The workshop remains responsible for the lawfulness of processing it determines.
NiCo aims for reliable operation. Maintenance, security measures, technical faults or events outside reasonable control may cause interruptions. Functions may evolve provided the core service is not unreasonably impaired.
Statutory liability applies for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. Other limitations apply only where legally permitted.
NiCo Workshop is offered only to businesses. Contracts entered in the course of commercial or independent professional activity do not carry the statutory consumer withdrawal right.
To the extent legally permitted, Estonian law applies excluding the CISG. Tallinn may be agreed as venue for business customers where legally permissible. Mandatory law remains unaffected.
